Refund policy

All PAYHL products are made-to-order through a print-on-demand process and are therefore final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing, colour preference, or change of mind.

Exceptions: If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

As each item is custom-produced upon ordering, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges outside of these circumstances. Thank you for supporting local hockey in Prince Albert!
